ICL agencies takes lease at Princes Dock to 15 years

Trans-Atlantic shipping line ICL Agencies UK Ltd, has extended its lease at Princes Dock, part of Peel L&P’s Liverpool Waters, through to the end of 2028, to support the organisation’s ongoing growth. ICL has occupied 6,500 sq at Princes Dock since 2013. This new lease extension, working with commercial property consultants Worthington Owen, will mean that the business will have called Liverpool Waters its home for 15 years.
